How it works

1

Add your parent

Their WhatsApp number, language, medicines and two local contacts. Takes 3 minutes.

2

They say yes

Your parent gets a warm invite on WhatsApp and taps "Yes, I agree". No app, no password.

3

Daily check-in

Every morning: one message, three buttons. BP or sugar photos on reading days.

4

Silence is never ignored

No reply → reminder → phone call in their language → alert to you → local contact.

Everything in one place, without chasing anyone

  • Reports read for you. Parents send a photo of a lab report on WhatsApp; you see every value, its range and the trend.
  • Refills before they run out. We track tablets left and arrange the refill with your approval.
  • Home blood tests and teleconsults. Booked through partners, with the price shown before you approve.
  • Monthly doctor summary. Adherence, readings, report trends and open issues on one page.
  • Emergency card. Address, allergies, medicines, blood group and doctor — shareable in one tap, works offline.
  • Ask about your parent's data. "How has her sugar been this month?" answered from their records, never with a diagnosis.

Why families switch from weekend calls

"All fine, beta" on a Sunday call tells you nothing about Tuesday. A daily one-tap check-in does — and it is followed up the same day when it is missing.

Why parents keep replying

It is in their language, it is on WhatsApp they already use, it takes one tap, and they know their children see the good news too.

Questions families ask

Does my parent need to install an app?

No. Everything for your parent happens on WhatsApp, plus a normal phone call if they do not reply. You use the app.

Which languages do you support?

Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and English.

What happens if my parent does not reply?

We send a gentle reminder, then call them. If they still do not answer, we alert you and then the local contacts you choose.

Is this medical advice?

No. We track, remind and coordinate. Doctors diagnose and prescribe. In an emergency, call 112.

Does my parent have to agree?

Yes. They tap "Yes, I agree" on WhatsApp before any daily messages start, and can reply STOP at any time.

Can my siblings see updates too?

Yes. Up to 4 family members can join, and each chooses how they get alerts.

How do I pay?

In US dollars by card or PayPal. $24/month or $199/year, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time.

Athnova Care tracks and coordinates care. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor. In a medical emergency in India call 112.
