The service

Athnova Care sends daily check-ins, follows up when your parent does not respond, alerts family and contacts you choose, reads reports, tracks medicines and coordinates orders you approve.

Not medical care

We do not diagnose, prescribe, give dosage advice or provide emergency services. Messages and calls can be delayed or fail because of networks or third parties. In an emergency call 112.

Your responsibilities

• Get your parent's agreement before adding them.
• Keep contact numbers and medicine lists up to date.
• Only add contacts who have agreed to be messaged in an alert.

Billing

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. The 7-day trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. Orders (tests, medicines, consults) are charged separately at the price you approve. Refunds for unused periods are at our discretion.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
